Consents you give when using Playfood
By registering and using the service, the User grants LLP «LIVESPORTS.KZ» (BIN 190940012994) the consents below. Any consent may be withdrawn via the app settings or by email to support@playfood.kz.
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” No. 94-V, I consent to the collection, storage, modification, use and destruction of my data: name, phone number, email, geolocation, pickup/drop-off addresses, order history, payment and device data.
I consent to transferring my data — to the extent needed to fulfil an order — to drivers and partner venues, payment providers, and authorised state bodies where required by law.
I consent to cross-border transfer to providers (cloud, notification services) in countries that ensure personal-data protection.
I consent to receiving push, SMS and email with promotions and offers. This can be disabled in the app settings; it does not affect transactional order notifications.
Consent is voluntary. You may withdraw it by emailing support@playfood.kz. Withdrawing consent for data required to provide the service may make further use impossible.
