Personal-data operator information

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Playfood is a Kazakhstan service. The Russian procedure of “notifying Roskomnadzor” does not apply here: Kazakhstan has its own personal-data protection regime.

1. Operator

The operator that collects and processes the personal data of Playfood users is LLP «LIVESPORTS.KZ» (BIN 190940012994), registered address: 160808, Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkistan region, Sairam district, Kolkent rural district, Kosbulak village, Pakhtazaribdara str., 3.

2. Legal basis

Processing is carried out under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” No. 94-V of 21.05.2013 and the data subject’s consent.

3. Authorised body

The authorised body for personal-data protection in Kazakhstan is the Information Security Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry. Oversight is carried out via the State Service for Controlling Access to Personal Data.

4. Categories and purposes

The operator processes contact, geolocation, transactional and technical data solely to provide taxi and delivery services, support, security and legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Rights and requests

You may obtain information about the processing of your data, request its change, blocking or destruction, and withdraw consent. Requests: support@playfood.kz. If you disagree with the response, you may contact the authorised body.
