Terms of providing the Playfood service
This document is a public offer by LLP «LIVESPORTS.KZ» (BIN 190940012994), the “Operator”, addressed to any legally capable individual — the “User”. Placing an order in the Playfood app or website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
Playfood is an information service (aggregator) that gives the User the technical ability to place an order and connects them with independent providers: drivers (transport) and partner venues (sale and delivery of goods). The Operator does not itself provide transport services and is not the seller of goods unless expressly stated.
An order is accepted once confirmed in the app. The User must provide accurate data and be at the agreed pickup point. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to match a provider but does not guarantee availability at any given moment.
The User may cancel an order before it is fulfilled. If cancelled after the provider has arrived, a pickup fee shown in the app may be charged.
The Operator is responsible for the correct operation of the information service. The driver is responsible for the actual transport service; the partner venue for the quality of goods.
Complaints are sent to support@playfood.kz and reviewed within 10 (ten) business days.
The Operator may amend this offer by publishing a new version on the website. The relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy.
