The Playfood service (the “Playfood” and “Playfood Driver” apps) · effective 14 May 2026

1. General

By using the Playfood apps and service, you agree to these Terms. The service operator is LLP «LIVESPORTS.KZ» (BIN 190940012994), Republic of Kazakhstan. Requisites are on the “Company details” page.

2. Registration

• Minimum user age is 18.
• Driver registration requires valid documents: driving licence, medical certificate, vehicle registration.
• Creating multiple accounts for one person is prohibited.

3. Services for partner drivers

• Playfood provides a dispatch platform and tools for accepting orders.
• The driver is an independent contractor / self-employed and pays taxes independently.
• Commission and earnings terms are shown in the app at registration.

4. Prohibited

• Using the app for fraud or simulating rides/deliveries.
• Transferring the account to third parties.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the servers.
• Abusive behaviour towards customers and staff.

5. Liability

Playfood is not liable for the actions of drivers or customers outside the platform. The service is provided “as is”. Disputes are resolved under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Termination

An account may be blocked for breach of these Terms or the Google Play / Apple App Store rules. Delete your account yourself: playfood.kz/privacy/data-deletion.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app and/or by email.
